✨Tonight’s dinner be like✨
Oven-baked salmon glazed with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Popped it in the oven for 15 minutes at 425 degrees F.
For my veggies I used kabocha squash (bought these at the Asian market), sweet potato, and broccolini(Trader Joe’s). For these items I chopped them up, sprinkled on salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and onion powder. For the brocollini I used salt, pepper, and red pepper chili flakes. When sautéeing the brocollini on the pan, you can add a bit of broth (I used beef broth) to enhance the flavor a bit (😋 so yummy).
