Today’s lunch 🤤 Limu is a Polynesian term for any edible sea plant such as seaweed, or plants living near water. Josh and I had Limu Poke with spicy Mayo poke on the side with white rice and spam musubi. Spam musubi is a popular snack that’s made up of a block of sticky white rice, slice spam all wrapped up together in nori (seaweed). This meal filled us right up!
