It’s been a tofu week over at the house 💛 for this recipe you should try cooking it on the air fryer! It’s a game changer.
Air Fryer Method:
With your cubed tofu (make sure to wrap it in paper towels for 30 min) and set your air fryer for 15-17 min at 375 degrees. At the end of this, the tofu should be brown and crispy!
For the sauce:
3 tbsp tamari sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger root, grated
6 tbsp water
1 tsp (or more) corn starch
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 punch red pepper flakes
Whisk these ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Transfer into a sauce pan and bring into a simmer. Cook for a minute or until the sauce has thickened.
Transfer the cooked tofu into the sesame sauce and toss well.
Add bok Choy 🥬 or any other vegetables as well.
