It’s a pasta night for sure at the house. Leg day was brutal so I wanted to make sure I replenished with a nutrient-dense dish. Cook the pasta according to the box directions. On a separate pot I added some ground beef, 1 cup broccoli, 1.5 cup mushrooms (love em), 2 handfuls of spinach, and for the pasta sauce I used traderjoes seasonal pumpkin harvest pasta sauce (because why not!). Save 1 cup of water from the water you used to boil the pasta to add to the pasta mixture. Make sure to chop 1/4 of an onion, 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic. For seasonings my go-to are salt and pepper, red chili pepper flakes, and a lot of parsley and/or oregano 😂 I was inspired to eat pasta tonight from my friend shantilleyufit ‘s page!
