GMC Introduced New 2023 Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV Edition

Today GMC introduced the new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV Edition at the Overland Expo Pacific Northwest event in Bend, Oregon.

The AEV edition is based on the AT4X trim level of the Sierra 1500 , which offers a unique premium interior and advanced off-road capability. With all the new features added to the AT4X, this is the most off-road capable factory Sierra 1500 ever.

In the most important news included in this truck we have the following:

• AEV stamped steel front and rear bumpers with heavy-duty recovery points and winch capability (front bumper)
• Five hot-forged boron steel skid plates (front approach, steering gear, transfer case, fuel tank and differential)
• Unique, racing-inspired, laser-etched, gloss-finished 18-inch AEV Salta wheels with AEV’s exclusive recessed valve system for added protection from rocks on the trail.
• 33-Inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT Tires
• Upgraded front grille and fascia to accommodate the new larger bumper and tires, gloss black door handles, and a contrast black interior tailgate.
• Exclusive AEV badging throughout the vehicle, including bumpers, embroidered headrests and all-weather floor liners.
• Available off-road rocker panel guards to help protect the sills and frame rails and an optional bolt-on step assist when not driving off-road.

Plus, it packs the same AT4X elements like Multimatic DSSV shocks, front and rear electronic locking differentials, and a two-speed transfer case with selectable modes for different off-road conditions, including Terrain mode for one-pedal driving and Off-road mode. Road.

Powered by the same 6.2-liter V-8 found in the Sierra 1500 AT4X, the cabin features full-grain leather-trimmed power-massaging front seats, genuine Vanta ash wood trim, a Bose Premium audio system. Series of 12 speakers and together, more than 40 inches of digital displays focused on the driver.
