After a savory breakfast I always want something sweet to fulfill my tastebuds and satiety (feeling full/satisfied after a meal). I made my berry protein smoothie! Here’s my recipe:
1 frozen banana
1 C ice
1 scoop protein powder ( I used vanilla)
1 C mixed berries
1/2 C oats
1 C milk (or any type of milk substitute)
Blend and enjoy 😊
